Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for gallery credit only. If you are returning your item because of damage incurred during shipping, please allow up to 3 weeks to replace your order from the time the gallery receives the damaged item. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that all art offered on our website will be shipped rolled, unless otherwise noted or requested. For other options (such as stretched or gallery wrapped) please contact us.  

Next Day, 3 Day - shipping is available upon request, Extra Charges will apply. Please email rosalinda@alexandersfineart.comor call 1-925-980-9547 for quote.

International Orders

All international orders...call 1-925-980-9547 or email rosalinda@alexandersfineart.com to place an order. International order shipping costs charged are actual shipping costs; no additional fees or handling charges are assessed. All duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


Additional Information

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, slightly longer for international orders.

  • All orders are shipped fully insured.

  • Gallery credit will be applied on all returns.

  • All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Personal checks will be held for a minimum of 15 business days to verify availability of funds.

  • No International Checks will be accepted; all International orders must be paid by credit card.

  • Promotional and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
